SeoPageForge is a brand and product of Hensen IT Solutions(“we”, “us”, “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and platform at seopageforge.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information: Your email address and a hashed password when you register.
  • Website data: URLs, brand voice settings, target audience descriptions, and website analysis data that you provide for your connected websites.
  • Generated content: Keywords, articles, content plans, and SEO audit results produced through the platform.
  • Integration credentials: WordPress site URLs and API keys, RSS feed settings, and other integration configuration you provide. These are stored encrypted at rest.
  • Usage data: Article generation counts, feature usage, and subscription status for billing and plan enforcement.
  • Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe provides us with a card brand, last four digits, and expiration date for display purposes only.
  • Log data: Server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and timestamps of requests. These are retained for security and debugging purposes.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the SeoPageForge platform.
  • Generate SEO content tailored to your websites and brand voice.
  • Publish content to your connected CMS platforms on your behalf.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts).
  • Monitor for abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude) & OpenAI: For AI article generation. Article prompts and website context are sent to these providers to produce content. Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle this data.
  • DataForSEO: For keyword research data. Search queries you enter are sent to DataForSEO to retrieve keyword metrics.
  • Stripe: For payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance.
  • Mailgun: For transactional email delivery.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive credentials. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Data retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., billing records).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
