Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hensen IT Solutions(“we”, “us”, “our”), the company behind SeoPageForge. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use SeoPageForge.

The service

SeoPageForge is an AI-powered SEO content platform that provides keyword research, article generation, content planning, SEO auditing, and publishing tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and a secure password to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free or trial account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

  • SeoPageForge is offered as a paid subscription service. Plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.

Content ownership

  • Your content: You own all content generated through SeoPageForge, including articles, keyword lists, and content plans. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content.
  • Input data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to the platform (website URLs, brand voice settings, target audience descriptions, etc.).
  • License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your input data and content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond the provided API.
  • Resell or redistribute platform access without our written permission.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through any means.
  • Use the platform to generate spam or content intended to manipulate search engines through deceptive practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

AI-generated content

Content generated by SeoPageForge is produced by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT). While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific search engine rankings or traffic results.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

Integrations

SeoPageForge can publish content to third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress) on your behalf. By configuring an integration:

  • You confirm that you have the right to publish content to the connected platform.
  • You are responsible for the credentials you provide. We store integration credentials encrypted, but you should use dedicated API keys where possible rather than admin passwords.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms (downtime, data loss, API changes).

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We provide support via email and will make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hensen IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of SeoPageForge.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SeoPageForge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
